A day of touring

On Thursday we spent the day driving the highways and biways of Western Ontario. The highlight was an ad hoc tour of Brick Brewery in Waterloo where the company's marketing guy, Paul, gave us a history, tour, and tasting of their products. He also recommended a restaurant for lunch.
Following that we were westbound on 401 when a three car accident shut down the eastbound lanes and eventually closed the westbound lanes too, although after we made it though.
We overnighted in Wallaceburg and learned the history of why Kitchener got its name.
The high wire walker in Niagara, see picture: Commuting in Canada, was on the news complaining that the Park Authority would not give him permission to walk over the American Falls.
If all goes as planned we will be in Illinois by the evening after stops in Windsor, Detroit, and Gary.
